• Leading on ideation of both strategic and creative accounts
• Creating award winning digitally focused campaigns
• Leading on-set and location for content shoots both still and moving image
• Working on day-to-day social campaigns
• Reviewing other team members work and helping to grow junior members of staff
• Working on new business pitches
• Presenting ideas and concepts both internally and to clients

Skills

• 5+ years Art direction experience in an ad agency environment
• Must have a great portfolio of work that is well presented
• Must have a good understanding of social trends
• Must be fluent in Arabic written dialects and not just a translator
