Toyota – National Day

Brief

Create a piece of content that really stands out amongst all the usual boring UAE National Day posts brands use on social channels, whilst staying relevant to the occasion and audience.

Campaign

We decided to pay homage to Toyota’s deep roots in this region, as well as look at how far they’ve come in that time. We did this by changing the way National Day looks and sounds: by creating our own song and film clip that was a mash-up of traditional and modern UAE icons, sounds, patterns and colors – including the Toyota. We dared people to celebrate their love for the UAE and Toyota together in this new way.

Results

  • We received a whopping 6.7K shares in 3 days, reaching close to two million people! There was also close to 800k views across Facebook and YouTube.
