Brief

Jump on the UAE National Day trend with an innovative idea to catch users’ imaginations on social channels, whilst pushing a discount code offer for Mai Dubai’s website.

Campaign

We developed a chatbot that built customized greeting cards for online users to send to one another. We managed to generate online conversations during UAE National Day through branded content, which in turn drove new customers to Mai Dubai’s website. We also linked the web-based chatbot to the Mai Dubai social platforms in order to further increase the campaign’s reach. At the end of each greeting a user received, we then pushed the discount code.

Results

  • Over 10.8k engagements on social posts, total chatbot submissions of 1,750 in 7 days. Most importantly, 688 online users generated the discount code to redeem on Mai Dubai’s website.
